What is Your Return Policy?

Due to the nature of our skincare and beauty products, all sales are final and non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@essentialmoments.online with valid proof (clear photo or video of the damage) so we can resolve the issue.


Damages & Issues

We carefully inspect every item before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
Email us at contact@essentialmoments.online with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage

We’ll evaluate your claim and make it right, including possible refunds or replacements.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Skincare and beauty products

  • Personal care goods

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

We do not accept any used, opened, or tampered products.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective item and your claim is approved, you may receive a replacement product or store credit.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.


Refunds

If your return or damage claim is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:

  • Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

  • If it’s been more than 15 business days and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at contact@essentialmoments.online.
